Stock Time(Availability)

'Stock Time' means the time necessary to stock products.
Alsmost all products are not in stock at the time you ordered. Therefore, it takes some days to stock the products from the manufacturers.
As for the availability for each item, please check the description for each item.

Delivery Time

'Delivery Time' means the time necessary to deliver products after we shipped out.
Since the package is stayed by the customs or post office occasionally, the arrival may be delayed.

Insurance

At the case this column says 'OK(Availlable)', your package is insured without any requests. In this case, even if your package is lost in the delivery process, we will resend the products or refund your payment.
At the case this column says 'N/A(Not Availlable)', we will neither resend the products nor refund your payment.

EMS is the fastest and most reliable international mail service provided Japan Post Service. You can confirm the delivery status through this page.
In this service, the products are insured without your special request.

2. Airmail Small Packet

Airmail Small Packet is a reasonable international mail service provided Japan Post Service. However the delivery speed is slower than EMS, and you can't confirm the delivery status.
In this service, even if your package is lost in the delivery process, we neither resend the products nor refund your payment. If you don't want to owe any risk, never select this method.
The weight must be in 1kg(2.2lb) or less. (If this method appears when you select a shipping method, it means that your order can be shipped by this method.)

3. SAL Small Packet

SAL Small Packet is a very reasonable international mail service provided Japan Post Service. However the delivery speed is very slow, and you can't confirm the delivery status.
In this service, even if your package is lost in the delivery process, we neither resend the products nor refund your payment. If you don't want to owe any risk, never select this method.
The weight must be in 1kg(2.2lb) or less. (If this method appears when you select a shipping method, it means that your order can be shipped by this method.)

4. Yu-Pack

Yu-Pack is a domestic mail service provided by Japan Post Service. You can confirm the delivery status through this page. In this service, the products are insured without your special request.

5. SAGAWA Express

SAGWA Express is a domestic mail service. You can confirm the delivery status through this page. In this method, the products are insured without your special request.

Of course, we will combine the products as to save on shipping, if you bought 2 or more products in one transaction. The combined sipping cost is automatically calcurated by the shopping cart according to the total weight.

Note

* If you buy from overseas, some import duty may be charged by the customs in your country. We are not responsible for these charges. They must be paid by you. For more information about the import duty, please contact your local customs office.

* If products with different stock-time exist together in one order, all products are shipped out according to the slower products.
If you want us to ship out the products separately, you must separate order in advance.

Shipping Cost

To confirm the shipping cost, please click this chart. The shipping costs differ depending on the weight of the package and the zone of the country to which you will ship, so it is very difficult to say the actual cost before you check out.

If you want to know the actual cost, please add the products and check out. The shipping cost is calculated and displayed automatically after you clicked 'Check Out' button.

Even if you cheked out, you can cancel your order. therefore if you want to know the exact shipping cost, please add the products to your shopping cart and check out.

(In case you selected Paypal as the payment method, you can cancel your order anytime till you click the 'Pay' button on the page of Paypal. In case you selected others, you can cancel your order anytime till you click the 'Confirm Order' button.)

Delivery Address

We use Paypal's system as payment sytem in our website. Thefore, you will receive a confirmation email from Paypal after you paid.
However we don't refer to the address in the email from Paypal.
We will ship your order to the delivery address written in the email of which title is "Thank you for your order".
You must check the delivery address before completing your order. And if you noticed writing mistakes, you have to notify us as soon as possible.

Addtional Requests

Even if you do some additional requests after completing order, we do not necessarily respond to the request.
Although we will make an effort responding your request as much as possible, we don't guarantee it.
Even if some damage is caused by the result when we couldn't respond to your additional requests, you must assume its responsibility.

Temporary Return Policy

This return policy will last from 24:00 of July 24th untill 24:00 August 8th (Japanese Time)

If you are returning the products, please send the products back to our store within a week after its arrival, having it arrive at our store within three weeks.

Any reason for wanting to return your item is acceptable.

This policy applies to all the products whose prices are ¥5,000 or less.

However, please note that we will pay ¥1,000 only as the shipping cost for the returned products.
(We will add ¥1,000 to the redund)

In addition, we can only refund up to ¥5,000 per order.
If you think you might need to return anything, please make sure to keep the price below ¥5,000.
(If the price exceeds ¥5,000, the standard rerurn policy will be applied.)

If a part of products you ordered are rerurned, we will calculate the shipping cost as though you had not ordered those products, and refund the difference in shipping cost plus the amout of the product.
(up to ¥5,000 + the difference in shipping cost + ¥1,000)

If all of the products are returned, the full amount will be refunded.
(up to ¥5,000 + the shipping cost + ¥1,000)

The customs duty you paid is not refund in every situation.

Standard Return Policy

First of all, you must check the measurements of the products and your sizes well before you buy something.
Next, if you bought and received products, you have to measure the size and check the condition of products before you put on them.

And, if there is a part remarkably different from the description on our website, or there are defective parts, please contact us and report it within 7 days.

Please don't return products before contacting us. Even if you have returned products, If your claim is not correspond with our return policy or your report is not correct, we neither repay nor exchange.

If your claim is correspond with our return policy, we will require you to return products. In this case, you have to ship products out by 7 days later since the day we required.

As a result of checking of returned products, if the problems you reported are recognized certainly, we will refund a part or all of your payment or exchange with other product.

In this case, the shipping cost you paid when you returned products will be refunded, but the amount is calculated as the cost when the products are sent by EMS from Japan (or Yu-Pack). (not the actual cost you paid).

Even if a product doesn't fit you, we neither repay nor exchange. Also, even if a part is broken, if there is a sign which you have put on it, It is considered that the product was broken by you. Therefore, never put on products before checking the condition.

If the price of the product is 5000 yen or less and you can prove the problems by some digital / analog photographs, it is not necessary to return. However we don't pay any cost for your proving.

The customs duty you paid is not refunded in every situation.
